Job Description

The International Pricing & Revenue Management Director partners with Master Franchisee (MFZ) organizations and Domino’s Pizza International (DPI) teams to define, influence, and support pricing strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term market competitiveness.

This role will leverage data analytics, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to optimize menu pricing, promotions, and value positioning while balancing brand perception and traffic. Acting as a trusted strategic advisor, the Director helps shape Domino’s international point of view on Pricing and Revenue Management, builds scalable knowledge and tools, and leads a high performing international pricing consulting team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven history of driving revenue growth through data-driven pricing strategies. and showcasing exceptional leadership, collaboration, and influencing abilities at senior levels across diverse markets. The role operates within a broad collaboration network, working alongside International Markets leadership, Business Teams, Brand and Digital COEs, and external aggregator partners.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Pricing & Revenue Management:

  • Support international markets in defining, refining, and optimizing pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across all menu categories and channels.
  • Provide hands‑on strategic pricing consulting to priority markets, from opportunity assessment through execution support.
  • Leverage competitive benchmarking, market trends, and economic factors to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead A/B testing and price elasticity studies to assess the impact of price changes on demand and profitability.
  • Drive menu optimization initiatives to enhance overall value perception and sales mix.
  • Utilize data analytics and modeling to evaluate pricing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and track key pricing performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Conduct margin analysis to ensure price adjustments align with cost structures and profit goals while balancing long-term market share growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to stay ahead of market dynamics.
  • Assess macroeconomic factors such as inflation, commodity costs, and wage trends to adjust pricing strategies.
  • Lead and continuously improve consumer research methodologies to assess willingness to pay and to optimize menu pricing and coupon / offer constellation

Knowledge Development and Deployment:

  • Develop and evolve pricing guidelines and frameworks to drive customer-centric and competition-aware pricing strategies and decisions in our international markets
  • Consolidate learnings and best practices from U.S. and international markets into scalable frameworks, playbooks, and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain standards, tools, and resources that enable markets to define consumer-validated and competition-informed pricing strategies and execute consistently and effectively across channels.
  • Facilitate structured knowledge‑sharing forums to accelerate learning and adoption within DPI and across International Markets

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as the pricing thought leader, influencing senior executives and franchise partners.
  • Oversee and develop partnerships with external Pricing or Revenue Management consulting firms or service providers.
  • Work closely with marketing in DPI and MFZ organizations to align pricing with brand positioning, value messaging, and promotional strategy.
  • Lead and recruit a strong team of pricing analysts and develop talent by offering constructive and actionable feedback and creating opportunities for learning.
  • Foster a collaborative culture and lead with a unified and ambitious vision.
  • Recognize, engage, and motivate team members.
  • Encourage transparent communication and mutual respect among team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Strong academic credentials, Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or other related field, Masters or MBA strongly preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or analytics, preferably in QSR, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with expertise in SQL, Excel, or similar data tools.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven pricing strategies:
  • Experience with price elasticity modeling, A/B testing, and machine learning-driven pricing optimization is a plus.
  • Experience designing, running and analyzing customer quantitative surveys to determine pricing strategies is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ownership to drive content and action through proactive problem-solving, pragmatism, and the ability to handle ambiguity with a continuous learning mindset.
  • Solid project management skills and attention to detail.
  • A history of leading and developing high-performance teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, complex cross-functional team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and franchise partners.
  • Experience working across multiple Geographies and Regions
