The Consumer Insights Senior Manager plays a critical role representing the voice of the consumer for the enterprise. As the key contact for the brand and commercial teams, this role is responsible for translating data into insights that ultimately shapes brand and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate is an analytically savvy and skilled presenter who is proactive and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. responsibilities:
  • Proven project management skills to execute custom research projects, owning every step of the process from internal briefing to external vendor partnership to recommendation framing
  • Own the co-creation of a comprehensive learning agenda with brand team to ensure research investment aligns with strategic objectives
    • Advanced skills in multi-method research design (qual and quant)
    • Comfortable piloting emerging research capabilities/methodologies (e.g., AI-enabled)
  • Support day-to-day business needs for performance monitoring, including:
    • Become the SME on data analytics for both POS and Panel data
    • Partner closely w/ vendor to deliver effective Brand Health Tracker results
    • Gather, analyze, and interpret marketplace trends and customer data for marketing and product development strategies/plans
  • Partner and influence cross-functional teams, including brand marketing and category commercial, by providing end-to-end insights that support key business initiatives
    • Provide category insights that supports fact-based content for customer sell-in's

skills/qualifications required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market Research, or related field
  • 5-10 years experience, preferably in food and beverage industry
  • Extensive experience leading custom qualitative and quantitative research
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with POS and consumer panel data strongly preferred (e.g., Nielsen/Circana, Numerator)
  • Strong familiarity with analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI)
  • Ability to leverage multiple resources (primary and secondary) to craft actionable storytelling
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the business including senior leadership
