Retail Consumer Electronics Front Buyer/Seller Position

Job Description:

· Heavy sales/ people person position

· Build relationships with customers throughout the day

· Close multiple sales all day buying, selling and trading

· Identify and test a wide range of consumer electronics from customers varying from broken iPhones to retro gaming systems and everything in between

· Consult customers looking to purchase, and trade devices.

Buying & Trading:

· Determine pricing for a wide range of electronics - smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems and more through our software and referencing additional resources

· Ability to negotiate pricing with our customers while keeping a professional attitude and business acumen.

· This position is front-facing, and you will be representing our business

Selling:

· Position yourself as the electronic expert to customers looking to purchase preowned devices from us with warranties.

· Guide customers and build a relationship while selling

Job Requirements

· Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· 5+ years of previous electronics experience, or a lifelong love and ability to impress with consumer electronic knowledge.

· 2+ years of general sales experience is required.

· 2 + years of eBay selling experience.

· Must be able to communicate with customers, while typing a minimum of 70WPM with top accuracy.

· Must have excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems – e.g., data wiping smartphones, removing iCloud accounts, testing game systems, Windows use, MacOS use.

· Must be able to quickly identify, test, and assess a wide variety of consumer electronics while still communicating with customers in a high paced environment.

· Must be a people person, ability to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of customers.

· Ability to remain focused in a high volume/fast paced environment.
