Junior Marketing Manager - Kennesaw, GA
Position Summary
The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the execution of marketing initiatives across ADM's Health & Wellness business. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is highly organized, analytically minded, digitally savvy, and eager to contribute across multiple aspects of marketing.
The successful candidate will support trade shows and events, digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, customer-facing marketing materials, business analytics, and consumer insights. This individual will work closely with marketing, sales/commercial, scientific affairs, product management, and external agency partners to help drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics & Business Insights
  • Analyze business performance, customer trends, market dynamics, and consumer insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate actionable business recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing customer-facing presentations and marketing materials for commercial meetings and business reviews.
  • Support competitive intelligence initiatives, including monitoring industry trends, emerging categories, and consumer behavior.
  • Utilize market research and syndicated data sources to identify growth opportunities and support portfolio strategy.
  • Partner with commercial and marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and business performance metrics.
Digital Marketing & Media Management
  • Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Assist in managing content calendars and coordinating social media activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging technologies, to enhance marketing efficiency, content development, research, and productivity.
  • Support media project management activities, ensuring campaigns and deliverables remain on schedule and aligned with objectives.
Project Management & Marketing Operations
  • Coordinate logistics and execution for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and internal marketing initiatives.
  • Manage product sample requests and support fulfillment activities.
  • Assist with development and execution of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and event assets.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication among marketing, commercial, product management, and external partners.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital/social media marketing, business analytics, market research, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives. B2C marketing a plus.
