Job description

CorDx Inc. is seeking a results-driven Marketplace Growth Manager to support the expansion and performance of our e-commerce marketplace business across key retail platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing marketplace performance, expanding product assortment, and identifying new opportunities to scale online sales within the healthcare and diagnostics market. The ideal candidate will have experience managing marketplace accounts, executing growth strategies, and navigating the unique requirements of healthcare-related products in digital commerce environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow marketplace accounts across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other emerging e-commerce platforms to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies, including product launches, assortment expansion, pricing optimization, promotions, and digital merchandising initiatives.
  • Analyze marketplace performance metrics, sales trends, competitive activity, and healthcare consumer demand to identify opportunities for increased sales and profitability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, operations, supply chain, and product teams to support marketplace initiatives and ensure compliance within healthcare-related product categories.
  • Manage marketplace advertising, account health, and operational performance while preparing regular business reviews and growth reports for leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, digital commerce, or account growth, preferably within healthcare, diagnostics, or consumer health industries.
  • Experience managing or supporting major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital merchandising, analytics, advertising, and online consumer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
