Category Strategy & Growth
  • Develop short and long-term category growth strategies aligned with Walmart's business objectives.
  • Identify category opportunities through shopper, consumer, and market insights.• Lead annual business planning and category reviews with Walmart merchants.
  • Translate trends into actionable recommendations that drive sales, share, and profit growth.

Assortment & Modular Excellence
  • Lead assortment optimization and modular recommendations.
  • Analyze productivity, space allocation, and shelf performance.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for SKU rationalization and new item placement.
  • Partner with merchandising teams to maximize category productivity.

Shopper & Consumer Insights

Thesalary range for this role is $180000.00 and $230,000.00. This range represents thegood-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
