Cutting edge technology – Aborder provides RBTs access to our Behavioral Health’s data collection systems, comprehensive programs, library template develop by Behavior Analysts, and the software includes behavioral support plan builders. These technologies streamline your clinical work (program implementation, BIP Implementation, program book) and allow clinical tasks to be finished with ease and efficiency.

RBTs are considered for employment by Aborder Behavioral Health will meet the following requirements:

● Must have a high school diploma at a minimum, bachelor’s degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field (e.g. education, psychology, etc.).

● 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training online is Required

● Maintain recertification of RBT training annually.

● Complete all necessary Medicaid Registration to access your account portal and submit necessary documents.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:

● Receive training and guidance on each treatment plan in the caseload.

● Implement treatment plans as they are written.

● Provide services to consumers based on hours set by the Behavior Analyst.

● Collect data on a daily basis using the secure Rethink behavioral management system.

● Communicate regularly with the Behavior Analyst.

● Implement the treatment plan in all relevant settings.

● Attend meetings regarding consumer’s behavior services as necessary.
