Job description

Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking a Career Attorney to join our team. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of consumer finance related litigation experience. Experience with loan servicing, FCRA experience and general commercial litigation experience is a plus. Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials and must also be licensed and in good standing in Ohio. Admissions to other bars is a plus.

Chambers USA has ranked the Consumer Financial Services team in all three pillars of consumer finance law: compliance, regulatory enforcement, and litigation. Law360 has also recognized the team twice as a Consumer Protection Practice Group of the Year. In February 2022, our firm announced the addition of the nationโ€™s premier consumer financial services regulatory enforcement and compliance practice to our existing industry-leading consumer financial services litigation team. Our combined team provides a full range of transactional, litigation, enforcement, and regulatory compliance services to national, regional, and community financial institutions; consumer and commercial lenders; payment processors; financial technology companies; and a host of other financial services providers.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
