About the Role

As a Field Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who are interested in transforming their kitchens through premium refacing and countertop solutions. You'll guide customers through the design process, understand their goals, recommend solutions, and help them make confident decisions about one of the most important spaces in their home.

This is a highly consultative, relationship-driven sales role where appointments are provided for you. Your focus is on building trust, designing solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation through sale..

In this role, you will:

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes

  • Learn and confidently present our kitchen refacing and countertop solutions

  • Guide customers through design selections and product options

  • Build rapport and uncover homeowner needs and goals

  • Present customized solutions that fit customer preferences and budgets

  • Prepare and negotiate sales agreements

  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience throughout the sales process

  • Manage your territory and schedule while working independently in the field

     
Key Qualifications
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people

  • Previous sales experience preferred—bonus points for design or home improvement background

  • Basic computer skills for presentations and workflow management

  • Reliable transportation for in-home appointments (within a 65-mile radius; mileage not reimbursed)
