The Opportunity
As a Value Consulting Director you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
In this role, you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals. Within our Deals practice, you will be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. You will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction, cultivating the potential in others, and actively teaming across the PwC Network.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic valuation initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
