Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/year + performance-based bonus

Experience Required: 2+ Years in Med Spa or Aesthetic Practice Management

Reports to: Director of Operations / CEO / Ownership

Position Overview

The Practice Manager will oversee daily business operations, team performance, and client satisfaction in our high-volume practice. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership presence, a deep understanding of the aesthetics industry, and a proven track record of growing and managing successful teams and practices. This role will also be responsible for supporting and conducting consultations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize daily operations within location

  • Lead, train, and support front desk staff, providers, and support teams

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences and satisfaction; ensure patient journey is positive and seamless

  • Manage schedules, systems, inventory, and vendor relationships

  • Conduct consultations as needed

  • Meet and exceed all monthly service and retail goals; coach team to meet and exceed goals
  • Must be able to multi-task with a smile

  • Track individual and team sales performance and other KPIs
  • Monitor and report KPIs and implement strategies to improve revenue, retention, and operational efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company protocols

  • Support business development, marketing campaigns, and client outreach; build community partnerships

  • Act as a liaison between ownership and staff

  • Implement and improve systems, execute on ideas

  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Hire, onboard, and train staff; implement corrective actions or terminations as needed
  • Drive sales across all categories (aesthetics, wellness, liposuction, memberships, retail, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Proficient with technology - computers, software, EMR systems, scheduling, and CRM tools

  • Excellent communication, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong business and sales acumen

  • Deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services

  • Support of marketing efforts

  • Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor

  • Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) STRONGLY PREFERRED
