We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant / Senior Business Analyst to lead strategic platform evaluation and transformation initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive consulting experience, strong business analysis capabilities, and proven expertise in evaluating customer service and case management platforms.
This role requires close collaboration with executive stakeholders, business users, vendors, and technology teams to assess current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, evaluate technology solutions, and provide executive-level recommendations that support business transformation objectives.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of consulting, business analysis, or industry experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application assessment and transformation programs.
• Strong experience in business process analysis and requirements management.
• Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Strong a nalytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Required Experience
• Experience migrating or modernizing multiple enterprise application platforms.
• Experience conducting platform evaluations and vendor assessments.
• Experience creating business cases, vendor scorecards, and executive recommendations.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes.
• Expertise in facilitating stakeholder interviews and executive workshops.
• Experience performing financial analysis, ROI studies, and cost-benefit assessments.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Preferred Experience
Experience evaluating and selecting one or more of the following platforms:
• Zendesk
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• ServiceNow
• Oracle Service Solutions
• Pega Customer Service
• Other CRM, Customer Service, or Case Management platforms
Salary Range: $110,000 -$130,000 year
