About the Job
• Serve as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders and technical teams
• Drive business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities to sell master data management services to Chief Data Officers and other key decision-makers
• Develop and present compelling presentations to senior customer executives and stakeholders
• Lead client workshops to define MDM vision, develop charters, and build business cases aligned to enterprise data and governance objectives
• Demand Creation: Work with customers to identify and shape MDM and master data governance opportunities
• Customer Advisory: Lead MDM Assessments, Strategy, and Roadmap engagements and conduct workshops to define business-driven MDM use cases
• Presales Leadership: Own stages of the presales cycle, RFI, RFP, and contribute to the development of solutions for presales
Qualifications:
• Proven experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance initiatives, with a strong understanding of data quality and integration practices
• Extensive experience with any cloud-based MDM platforms (e.g. Informatica IDMC, Reltio, Stibo) and working knowledge of other MDM products
• Expertise in at least one master data domain (Customer, Supplier, or Product) in manufacturing, with experience delivering MDM solutions in SAP S/4HANA and CRM/SRM environments
• Good understanding of integration between SAP, CRM and MDM platforms, typical integration patterns, popular 3rd party sources like D&B, UNPSC etc
• Strong understanding of enterprise value chains (customer order, supply chain, product life cycles etc.) to effectively drive end-to-end master data lifecycle with governance
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders to understand business problems, assess the impact of master data gaps across business processes and define MDM use cases with solution approaches
• Experience in defining and recommending data governance operating models, including organization structure, roles, and stewardship frameworks to support effective MDM implementation and sustainability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Ability to work across organizational levels to support presales, solutioning, and stakeholder alignment
• Domain experience in the manufacturing industry, with exposure to customer, supplier, and product master data domains
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple MDM initiatives concurrently
• Experience in manufacturing Industry
• Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities to enhance MDM processes or understands the approaches for custom MDM solution design
• Strong ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Salary Range: $145,000 - $196,100 a year
