As a Senior Manager at Vynamic, you will leverage your life science consulting expertise to drive transformative outcomes for clients, fostering innovation and strategic growth within the life sciences industry. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategies, managing complex projects, and cultivating meaningful relationships that align with Vynamic's mission and values. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver High-Impact Solutions: Lead the design and delivery of high-quality, strategic solutions that align with client objectives and drive measurable business and scientific outcomes. Apply advanced life sciences consulting expertise to solve complex challenges and elevate client performance.
  • Program & Risk Leadership: Oversee entire programs or multiple workstreams, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring successful delivery. Serve as a trusted escalation point and advisor for clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic Analysis & Executive Recommendations: Lead the synthesis of scientific, operational, and market data to generate actionable insights. Deliver confident, data-driven recommendations with urgency, tailored to executive-level stakeholders and aligned with broader business strategy.
  • Firm Growth & Thought Leadership: Actively contribute to Vynamic's growth by shaping intellectual capital, developing new service offerings, and sharing life sciences consulting expertise. Represent the firm in external forums and contribute to brand-building initiatives.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a senior ambassador of the Vynamic brand, consistently modeling company values and influencing culture both internally and externally. Champion the firm's mission and vision in client engagements and industry interactions.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, trust, and long-term partnership. Consistently deliver outcomes that exceed expectations and reinforce Vynamic's reputation for excellence.
  • Team Development & Talent Cultivation: Lead and mentor teams by identifying growth opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and integrating life sciences consulting best practices into daily operations. Support career development through coaching and performance feedback.
  • Collaborative Leadership Across the Firm: Partner with Navigators, Go-Tos, Account Managers, and Counselors to guide professional development journeys. Influence firm-wide initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
  • Continuous Feedback & Organizational Improvement: Model a commitment to personal and organizational growth by actively seeking feedback, implementing development plans, and driving a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Inclusive Leadership & Culture Building: Champion impact and inclusion by recognizing and celebrating diverse perspectives. Ensure inclusive decision-making and foster environments where all voices are heard and valued.
  • Business Development & Network Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities where Vynamic's services can add value to current or prospective clients, and escalate to Account Managers or Business Development leads as appropriate. What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field with 6+ years of progressive experience in life science consulting. An advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale, complex projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Proven ability to mentor and develop talent, foster collaboration, and drive high-performance cultures.
  • Deep understanding of relationship management principles, with a focus on building strategic partnerships and influencing key stakeholders across the life sciences ecosystem.
  • Extensive experience applying project and program management methodologies to oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Industry Insight: Familiarity with Vynamic's sectors, services, and unique value proposition is preferred. Ability to translate industry trends into actionable strategies that drive client value and business growth.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences, including scientific, operational, and executive stakeholders.
