Job description

We are opening a new California focused day & night cafe in Palms, and looking for upwardly motivated chefs to work with our renowned chef to oversee the kitchen. Our consulting chef has owned and operated award winning restaurants in Los Angeles for over 30 years, and would love to find someone that can work along side them while the menu develops pre opening, and then take the helm on their own managing a menu, and team, that will stay fairly the same throughout the year. Attention to consistency is key, and developing a kitchen culture of efficiency, quality cleanliness is paramount. Your expertise in vendor management, inventory and cost control, scheduling and maintenance will be the key to your success, but this isn’t just a clipboard job as you may also need to spend some of your schedule on the line alongside the team. The restaurant plans to open in November, and you would join early October. Please send a resume and references to be considered for this opportunity.
