About the Role

RethinkCare is seeking a Consultant Relations Manager to build and grow relationships with benefits consultants and brokerage partners that influence employer purchasing decisions. This role is responsible for executing on our consultant engagement strategy by developing strong relationships, increasing awareness of RethinkCare’s solutions, and driving consultant-influenced pipeline.
This is a highly cross-functional, relationship-driven role partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consultants are educated, engaged, and positioned to advocate for RethinkCare.

Key Responsibilities
Consultant Relationship Management & Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key consultants and brokers across targeted firms and regions
  • Execute outreach strategies (meetings, events, webinars) to increase awareness and engagement
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring consultants are informed and positioned to advocate for RethinkCare
  • Identify and develop new consultant relationships to expand market reach
Sales Partnership & Pipeline Development
  • Partner with Sales to align on target accounts, consultant relationships, and engagement strategies
  • Support consultant-influenced opportunities by facilitating introductions and navigating relationship dynamics
  • Contribute to growing consultant-driven pipeline within assigned territories
  • Assist in consultant-driven RFP processes through coordination and internal alignment
Consultant Enablement & Content Support
  • Collaborate with Marketing to deliver consultant-facing materials and thought leadership
  • Ensure consultants are educated on RethinkCare’s value proposition and differentiators
  • Support enablement sessions for consultants and internal Sales teams
  • Tailor messaging and materials to align with consultant priorities and market needs
Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Gather and share insights on consultant dynamics, market trends, and competitive positioning
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking of consultant engagement and pipeline influence
  • Partner cross-functionally to support consultant-driven deals and initiatives
  • Contribute to refining consultant engagement strategies based on field insights
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4–7+ years of experience in benefits, healthcare, SaaS, or related field
  • Experience building relationships with consultants, brokers, or channel partners
  • Strong understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem and consultant influence
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales and contribute to revenue-generating activities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Consultant-influenced pipeline and revenue growth year-over-year. #1 metric
  • Number and quality of strategic consultant and broker relationships established and maintained.
