Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. This position is responsible for performing radiographic procedures on both ambulatory and hospital patients while ensuring high-quality imaging and exceptional patient care.

Candidates with prior hospital-based radiology experience are strongly preferred.
 

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
  • Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
  • Maintain accurate imaging documentation and patient records.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to support quality patient outcomes.
  • Adhere to radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain imaging equipment and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications

✅ Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

✅ ARRT (R) Certification required

✅ Texas MRT License required

✅ BLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)

✅ Hospital radiology experience preferred
 

Preferred Skills

⭐ Minimum 1 year of hospital radiology experience

⭐ Strong knowledge of radiographic imaging procedures

⭐ Excellent patient care and communication skills

⭐ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment

⭐ Experience with inpatient and outpatient imaging
