Job description

We’re growing and looking for experienced construction professionals to join our team!

We are actively seeking Construction Superintendents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers with experience in big box retail construction and site development, including new gas station work. Our company partners with some of the largest retailers in the industry and has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in multiple states, including Washington State, Arizona, Missouri, Minnesota, Texas, South Dakota, Idaho, Oregon.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop project schedules and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Oversee quality control and project delivery
