Our internship program is designed to provide students with practical experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to how a growing organization operates. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate with field supervisors on work packages and materials tracking.
  • Assist supervisors and project managers with quality control practices.
  • Attend bid, construction, and design-build meetings.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs.
  • Prepare project documentation such as submittals, requests for information (RFI’s), operations and maintenance (O & M) manuals, project logs and schedules.
  • Complete an assigned project and present your results to the team.
  • Get exposure to and learn about other areas of our business.
  • Work out of our Dallas, TX office.
Who You Are
  • Pursuing a 4-year construction management or engineering degree
  • Interest in a career in water/wastewater and/or industrial construction
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Teams), Adobe Acrobat
  • Effectively communicate and attentively listen to others
  • Actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged
  • Practice good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to occasionally access protected work at heights, protected trenches/excavations or confined spaces, ladder/scaffold use or traverse uneven terrain, and work in all weather conditions
  • Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship indefinitely
