About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our Rochester, MN team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers to provide high-quality insulation solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insulation products and services.
