Construction Safety Manager

Location: McCarran, NV

Duration: 6+ Months (Immediate Need)

Type: 1099 Contractor

Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay Rate: $56/hr
  • Per Diem: $150/Day (7 Days Per Week)
  • Completion Bonus: $150/month
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (10-Hour Shifts) | Saturday (8-Hour Shift)
  • Approximately 58 Hours Per Week

Join a civil contractor supporting the early phases of a large industrial construction project in Reno, NV. This role provides hands‑on safety leadership for mass grading, footing excavation, earthmoving operations, and heavy civil construction activities while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements.

The Construction Safety Manager will work closely with field supervision, equipment operators, and project leadership to oversee excavation, grading, heavy equipment operations, underground work, and contractor safety on a fast‑paced industrial construction site.
