Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Manage residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel

  • Schedule and oversee inspections throughout project phases

  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues

  • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, permits, and regulations

Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project

  • Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships

Budget & Cost Control
