Requirements:
- Associate's degree or Industry Apprenticeship (i.e. Electrician Apprenticeship or industry adjacent) or 5 years of experience of in project management or site commissioning
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Construction Project Manager, 3 years, Staff Construction Project Manager, 5 years and Senior Staff Construction Project Manager, 7 years of experience in project management or site commissioning product lines of similar technical complexity.
- Field Service experience in the testing and installation of generators.
- Electrical power, electrician, generator, or reciprocating engine experience desired.
- Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work cohesively across various teams, make sound decisions, and drive action cross functionally.
- Demonstrated people skills required to lead & motivate professionals in a matrix organization who are not direct reports.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
