Responsibilities

  • Participate in sales efforts to existing and new clients, with Leadership Team
  • Manage the clientโ€™s expectations from inception to completion
  • Enforce companywide construction standards
  • Research and maintain knowledge of building application methods and materials
  • Provide oversight and support to construction project team
  • Review drawings and specifications to ensure that designs comply with client expectations
  • Review and approve subcontractor selection
  • Manage client contract, change orders, and payments, in association with project managers
  • Oversee and approve construction budgets and schedules
  • Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress
  • Act as a main point of contact for high level client communication
  • Develop and review contract documents with client
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Understand client needs and requirements
  • Provide expert advice and solutions
  • Act as a mentor to junior Project Managers
  • Network and consult with industry professionals


Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience with managing commercial construction projects from kick off through completion
  • Hands on experience with Procore
  • Proficiency with applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be a team player with strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel within the continental US, including overnight trips
