As demand continues to grow, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their close-knit leadership team.

This is an opportunity to manage some of the finest residential construction projects in the region, with values ranging from $500,000 to over $10 million.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple luxury residential construction projects from groundbreaking through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects and consultants.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
  • Manage RFIs, change orders and project documentation.
  • Ensure projects meet the highest standards of safety, craftsmanship and quality.
  • Work closely with local municipalities throughout permitting and inspections.
  • Identify potential issues early and implement proactive solutions.
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams throughout every phase of construction.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Project Management experience delivering luxury custom homes or high-end residential renovations.
  • Excellent knowledge of residential construction practices and sequencing.
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client and subcontractor relationships.
  • Experience using Buildertrend or similar construction management software is highly desirable.
  • A proactive leader who enjoys working within a collaborative, family-oriented business.

What's On Offer

  • Salary up to $145,000 depending on experience
  • Company vehicle & fuel card
  • Company phone
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Profit sharing
  • Health, Dental, Vision & Accident Insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Performance & holiday bonuses
  • Paid vacation & holidays
  • Company clothing provided
  • Year-round work
  • Long-term career progression with one of Southern Maine's most respected residential builders
