Durable Restoration Company is seeking an experienced and motivated International Construction Project Manager to oversee our new construction project onsite in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys international travel, and is passionate about delivering quality projects from start to finish.

This position is based in the United States, with your home office located in either Columbus, Ohio or Savage, Maryland. The role requires extended international travel, typically 2–3 weeks per trip, to support project operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Core Qualifications
  • Associate degree (minimum two-year degree) in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent construction field experience.
  • Previous experience in construction management, construction administration, or architectural project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Submittals and the submittal process
    • Shop drawings
    • Product data
    • Requests for Information (RFIs)
    • Change orders
    • Pay applications
    • General construction administration
  • Ability to read and interpret construction specifications, blueprints, and contract documents.
  • Working knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) construction software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for extended assignments (2–3 weeks at a time).
