We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead projects from start to finish with precision, professionalism, and excellence.
 
Job Responsibilities:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects the construction process. Job responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with owners and design professionals and act as primary liason between Koors Contracting and its owners, vendors, and team members.
  • Assemble & maintain project budgets.
  • Draft and negotiate contract agreements with owners.
  • Source work through subcontractor network and negotiate subcontract agreements.
  • Establish and maintain project schedules.
  • Manage submittal process.
  • Generate and process monthly invoicing and process subcontractor billing.
  • Monitor project progress and provide periodic reporting as required to ensure project is on time and on budget.
  • Manage close-out process
 
Required Qualifications:
