We're seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential window and door replacement projects. This role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys managing projects in the field, solving challenges, working directly with homeowners, and ensuring exceptional project execution from final measurement through installation completion.

  • Perform final field measurements to ensure custom windows and doors are manufactured and installed accurately.
  • Review project details and develop installation solutions that align with homeowner expectations and site conditions.
  • Serve as the lead field representative and primary point of contact for homeowners.
  • Introduce installation crews, communicate project expectations, and ensure customers are informed throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Documenting and coordinating any outstanding items
  • Ensure every project meets Infinity Replacement by Marvin's standards for craftsmanship, quality, and customer experience.

  • Experience managing residential construction, remodeling, renovation, or home improvement projects.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Experience reading construction documents and adapting plans to real-world site conditions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, ownership-minded approach to project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Window and door experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience taking field measurements and assessing job site conditions preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders and stairs safely.
