As our Project Manager, you will lead the daytoday operational and administrative execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring efficient delivery from start to finish. In this role, you will manage project planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, change management, and coordination across the project team and all trade partners.
 
You will work closely with superintendents, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to maintain alignment on project goals, resolve field and design challenges, and ensure all work complies with contracts, drawings, and specifications. You will oversee documentation, budgets, risk mitigation, and communication to keep the project progressing on time and within scope.
 
Experienced project managers may lead multiple phases of a project, mentor assistant project managers, support preconstruction activities, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.
 
Successful project managers in this role excel at communication, coordination, and proactive problemsolving while maintaining a clear focus on schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
