  • Lead and supervise field crews on active job sites

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and schedules

  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations

  • Manage site organization, cleanliness, and resource planning

  • Maintain detailed daily reports, field logs, and site documentation

  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and vendors
