Job description

Job Title: Overnight Project Coordinator
Location: Clark, NJ
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Overnight Project Coordinator to support nationwide in-store buildouts and project execution. This role is ideal for someone who is computer-savvy, mechanically inclined, and comfortable coordinating teams remotely to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

You’ll play a key role in overseeing overnight store setup projects—guiding field teams, troubleshooting issues, and keeping everything on track without being physically on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee in-store buildouts and project activities remotely

  • Communicate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout overnight shifts

  • Provide real-time direction and support to ensure projects stay on schedule

  • Review project plans, layouts, and instructions to guide execution
