Job description

Job Summary:

Tiger Star Construction Corporation is seeking a bilingual (Mandarin & English) Construction Project Coordinator to support our Chinese management team and assist with daily project operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in construction project management. This position requires both office-based work and occasional on-site support at construction projects.

This is an entry- to mid-level position with growth opportunities. Recent graduates with strong Mandarin and English communication skills are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers with daily coordination and administrative tasks
  • Provide Mandarin–English translation and interpretation for meetings, documents, and on-site communication
  • Support communication between Chinese management and local teams
  • Track project progress, schedules, and reports
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
  • Maintain and organize project documentation and records
  • Provide on-site support at construction projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience preferred (recent graduates welcome)
