We're looking for someone who can work independently when needed while thriving within a collaborative project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, and permit/construction drawing packages
  • Assist Project Managers and Architects throughout multiple phases of project development

  • Communicate effectively with internal project teams, consultants, and other project stakeholders
  • Help maintain project schedules and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience working within an architectural firm
  • Strong proficiency with Revit
  • AutoCAD proficiency strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience producing and coordinating complete construction-document sets
  • Experience coordinating engineering and specialty consultants
  • Working knowledge of building codes, ADA/accessibility requirements, and construction methods
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Additional Skills That Stand Out

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • SketchUp

  • Construction administration
  • Ground-up and complex architectural projects

Why Consider This Opportunity?

You'll work alongside experienced Architects and Project Managers, gain exposure to projects from design through construction, and have the opportunity to continue developing toward Project Manager, Project Architect, and/or licensed Architect responsibilities.

The firm offers a collaborative environment where technical expertise is valued and strong performers have opportunities to take on increasing responsibility.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000–$130,000, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Commuter benefits
  • Generous PTO, sick time, and paid holidays
