Job description

Job Title: Job Captain (4 1/2 day schedule)

Partnered with several great firms helping with Job Captain openings due to growth.

Responsibilities:

Support the project team with the design and construction documents from concept through construction.

Coordinate with consultants and manage submittals, RFIs, drawing updates, and construction phase documentation

Support communication across the project team to keep schedules on track

Participate in client updates, and when needed and assist with project manager tasks

Support project team communication and collaboration to maintain schedules and quality control

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience

Professional degree in Architecture

Proficient in Revit

Understanding of building codes, permitting, and construction detailing

Experience at managing multiple deliverables and deadlines

Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team
