Job description

Due to continued growth, our client, a leading industrial and commercial contractor operating throughout the Southeast, is seeking aย Project Coordinatorย to support project operations and internal coordination within the team. This is an exciting role that offers exposure toย bookkeeping, project coordination, and logistics. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organised, paperwork moving, and operations running smoothly. You will work closely with theย president and operations team to help ensure that project documentation, vendors, and internal processes stay on track.


Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Coordinate project documentation including contracts, W-9s, COIs, and compliance paperwork

โ€ข Assist with vendor and subcontractor onboarding

โ€ข Maintain organised project files and records

โ€ข Track outstanding documentation and follow up with vendors and subcontractors

โ€ข Assist with scheduling coordination and internal communication

โ€ข Support project managers with operational tasks

โ€ข Assist withย Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
