What you'll do
โฆฟ Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and motivate Manufacturing Managers to achieve operational goals through them, strengthening ownership and accountability. Daily focus includes setting clear expectations, priorities, and decision-making cadence to ensure production, delivery, quality, labor, and cost objectives are met. Success looks like a high-performing leadership team driving operational excellence.
โฆฟ Operational Execution: Translate site strategy into actionable operating plans, departmental priorities, and measurable tactics. Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely completion of production and delivery schedules. Daily activities involve monitoring KPIs, reviewing workload and resources, and resolving operational issues.
โฆฟ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, HR, SHE, Scheduling, and Finance teams to foster collaboration and break down silos. Success is demonstrated by seamless cross-departmental execution and problem-solving.
โฆฟ Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing: Institutionalize lean initiatives and continuous improvement practices in production processes, methods, and systems. Analyze production performance to identify and implement improvements that enhance profitability, flow, quality, and delivery.
