The Opportunity

As an Assembly Operations Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for preparing airline catering carts with beverages, snacks, crew meals, and other onboard service items. You'll also oversee our dishroom operation, ensuring carts, equipment, and service items are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next flight.

This is not a desk job. You'll spend your time on the floor, working alongside your team, keeping work moving, supporting employees, and making sure everything is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

Lead Daily Assembly Operations

  • Guide the assembly of airline catering carts, including beverages, coffee kits, dry goods, crew meals, and service supplies
  • Ensure orders are accurate and completed according to airline specifications
  • Monitor production throughout the shift to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Keep teams focused and on schedule to meet delivery timelines
  • Lead daily shift meetings to communicate priorities and expectations
  • Assign work based on production volume and operational needs
  • Work closely with kitchen, warehouse, transportation, and support teams
  • Ensure smooth communication and handoffs between departments

Oversee Dishroom and Sanitation Operations

  • Lead a team responsible for cleaning and sanitizing carts, equipment, and service items
  • Ensure all items are properly washed, sanitized, and ready for use
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
  • Monitor workflow to reduce delays and maximize turnaround time
What We're Looking For
