The Dental Operations Manager (OM) is the accountable business leader for a multi-million-dollar office, responsible for driving performance, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a shift from operator to full business owner mindset, with end-to-end ownership of results, team engagement, and customer experience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own total business performance, including KPIs, revenue growth, and customer/patient experience
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and execute clear action plans
  • Lead monthly performance discussions and drive accountability for results
  • Build and sustain a high-performing team through coaching, development, and clear expectations
  • Create a strong leadership culture focused on engagement, development, and bench strength
  • Develop a talent pipeline to support current performance and future growth
  • Drive operational excellence, including scheduling effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and execution of standards
  • Ensure consistency and discipline in day-to-day operations to maximize productivity and service delivery
