If you've ever thought, "I could build and lead a successful landscape operation if I had the opportunity," we'd like to meet you.
Why Join Paradise Landscaping?

This is not a corporate landscape company where you're one manager among hundreds.
Here, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Help shape the future of a rapidly growing company
  • Work directly with ownership and influence company decisions
  • Build, coach, and develop exceptional teams
  • Lead both commercial maintenance and landscape construction operations
  • Prepare to lead a future Charlotte-area branch
  • Make a lasting impact on the company's growth
