Job description

Project Manager – Sewer Rehabilitation (Atlanta Area)

Southeast Pipe Survey, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple municipal sewer rehabilitation projects throughout the Metro Atlanta area. This position is responsible for managing projects from contract award through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple underground utility construction and sewer rehabilitation projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, crews, equipment, and material procurement.
  • Monitor budgets, production, job costs, forecasts, and project profitability.
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards.
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate with field operations to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in sewer rehabilitation, underground utilities, or heavy civil construction.
  • Experience managing municipal infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP)
  • CCTV Inspection
  • Sewer Cleaning
  • Pipe Bursting
  • Open-Cut Utility Construction
  • Manhole Rehabilitation
