Job description

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Construction Division activities in a respective region, including oversight and direction of Project Management, Installer Recruiting and Quality Assurance Managers.

  • Present and promote Stonhard's products and Construction Division services to General Contractors, Industrial and Commercial accounts, support the Stonhard Territory and Sales Managers.

  • Tracks, guies, and executes Total Project Management (TPM), including forecasting in a respective region.

  • Direct management of Project Managers and Superintendents as needed.

  • Review Installer performance reports each quarter and work with ROM/GM to address complex issues and develop strategies to achieve corporate objectives.ย 

Qualifications:

  • A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks to Construction Division Teams, Internal Sales and Sales Leadership teams, including installation subcontrators.

  • Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team.

  • Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills

  • Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility

  • Computer literacy required, including experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is reguarly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and talk to hear.

  • The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.

  • The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • This position requires wearing of hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing while on the worksite.
