We are a fast-moving commercial construction company looking for a strong Project Manager who knows how to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout and keep work moving in the field.
At BF Construction, we build commercial tenant improvements, office buildouts, exterior renovations, site work, and fast-paced commercial projects that require organization, accountability, and proactive leadership.
We are looking for someone with real construction knowledge not just administrative experience. The right candidate understands how projects are actually built, can coordinate trades effectively, solve problems early, and keep schedules aligned with what is happening in the field.
This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple active projects while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and leadership.

WHAT YOULL DO
  • Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
