Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or multi-family construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while working closely with owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor project budgets, review cost reports, and approve invoices and change orders.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects with heavy emphasis on Multi-Family, commercial retail and multi-use facility builds.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling practices.
  • Experience with project management and construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
