A Construction Management Trainee is an entry-level professional who is learning the ropes of managing construction projects. They typically work under the supervision of experienced managers to gain hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, budgeting, safety, and quality control. The goal of this role is to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually become a construction manager.
