Job description

Coreslab Structures (ARIZ), Inc., a leader in the precast/pre-stressed construction industry, is seeking construction laborers and concrete finishers to join our team.
Our production department offers a broad range of skilled level positions as well as entry-level positions that offer the opportunity to learn.
No experience is necessary as Coreslab offers on-the-job training.
All construction labor candidates must have the ability to follow verbal instruction and work well in a fast-paced environment. We are looking to fill positions for both Construction Laborers and Concrete Finishers.

  • A Construction Laborer will perform multiple tasks which include layout and build forms/molds for concrete components, pull steel strands, and assist in tensioning, installing rebar, and embedding plates and operating equipment. This is a safety-sensitive position.
  • A Concrete Finisher should have 1-3 years of experience and must be able to use the tools of this trade (power trowel, hand, and walking trowels). The candidate must be dependable and work well with other crafts, trades, and crew members. This is a safety-sensitive position.

**All shifts generally begin between 10pm and 2am

Job Requirements for all plant position - Construction Laborers & Concrete Finishers:

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts
  • Ability to use hand tools and equipment
  • Must work safely and maintain a safe work environment
  • Regular attendance is required
  • Ability to walk, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, crawl, or climb
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions

All Construction Laborer & Concrete Finisher candidates will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen on site.
