We are seeking six contractors to join our construction crew. The primary responsibility will be to oversee the spotting and ensure that all team members operating machines and moving materials adhere to safety standards.

• Oversee spotting on the construction crew.
• Supervise individuals working on machines.
• Guide and assist in loading and moving materials.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Manage drivers and machine operations.

• Experience in spotting and site cleanup.
• Proficiency in site logistics and machine operation.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Driver management experience.
• Construction experience.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Experience in driver management.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
