YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
YOUR DAY
As our New Construction HVAC Helper, you'll assist with installing materials for new construction and renovation projects. You'll run materials to your team lead, keep tools organized, and ensure the worksite is clean and safe. You'll document actions accurately and interact with customers professionally, always prioritizing their needs.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to install, maintain, clean, and design a complete residential HVAC system, including equipment and ductwork
  • Willingness to learn HVAC design and installation
  • A "can-do" attitude and solid problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
  • Ability to work with a team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Professional appearance and personality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
