Job description

New Construction - HVAC Residential Install | $20:00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Works Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 3:30pm | Occasional overtime

Job Duties:

  • Perform residential and/or commercial new construction HVAC installations
  • Install new Trane HVAC systems with accuracy and attention to quality standards
  • Complete rough-in and finish work for HVAC projects
  • Install ductwork, gas lines, line sets, and low-voltage wiring
  • Perform start-up and testing of newly installed equipment to ensure proper operation and performance
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site throughout all phases of installation

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HVAC new construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on HVAC industry knowledge and skill development
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must possess basic hand tools and a power drill
  • Trade school certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
