Overview

Kidlavie LLC is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have experience with general repairs, maintenance, and light construction tasks. This role requires someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality.
Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on company facilities, equipment, and properties.
  • Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting jobs.
  • Inspect facilities regularly and identify areas needing repair or preventive maintenance.
  • Assemble, install, or repair furniture, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
  • Conduct minor landscaping or exterior upkeep tasks and lift up to 50 lb
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure tools, materials, and workspaces are clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Follow all safety regulations and company guidelines.
