We are hiring for positions like General Laborers, Power Tool Operators, Firewatch, Cleaners, and Trades Helpers. Position Overview: As a Trades Helper, General Laborer, Cleaner, Firewatch, or Power Tool Operator, you will support skilled workers in various tasks, ranging from general labor to machine operations and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: • Assist skilled trades workers in various maintenance tasks. • Perform general labor duties such as power tooling, painting, sanding, and site clean-up. • Operate specialized machines and assist with minor repairs under supervision. • Handle material pick-ups and deliveries and maintain tools and equipment inventory. • Safely operate hand tools and portable power tools (drills, grinders, saws, etc.). • Meet critical deadlines while multitasking. • Lift and transport heavy equipment (minimum of 30 lbs.). • Work in diverse environments, including confined spaces, extreme temperatures, shipyards, and aboard vessels. • Adhere to safety protocols, including using PPE, and work in environments exposed to noise, fumes, and irritants.
