Job description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for assisting Journeyman Painter with applying paint products to a variety of surfaces.
• Assisting with the preparing surfaces by washing, pressure washing, repairing drywall and similar surfaces as required.
• Helping Painter(s) to maintain a safe and clean workspace.
• Assist with removing fixtures such as doorknobs and light switch covers to protect prior to painting.
• Assist with masking, taping, cutting, rolling, spraying.
• Assist with applying paints and other finishes per project scope of work.
• Perform duties in compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures.
• Obtain/maintain tools and equipment as required on the company Mandatory Tool List.
• Take direction from your supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma/GED. Strong attention to detail.
  • 0-2 years previous experience painting residential, commercial, and/or industrial sites.

  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Experience working with hand and power tools.
  • Construction safety knowledge and certification

Additional Notes
Schedule varies. We work all shifts 24/7 throughout Washington and Oregon States. Candidates will be required to pass background and drug screening.
