About the Role:

As a laborer, you will play an important role on our projects, contributing both as part of a crew and independently. Proactive problem-solving, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential qualities we value.


Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with the team on projects
  • Comprehend and follow directions (verbal and hand-signaled) from the team lead
  • Independently set and focus on daily and weekly goals
  • Follow and enforce applicable OSHA and company safety regulations
  • Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, digging, and shoveling
  • Travel to various project locations as required
  • Maintain concentration in a busy and noisy construction environment
  • Document and report tasks as required
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation to and from the work location every day
  • Current driver’s license, valid for the past consecutive 12 months
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
  • Fluent in understanding and speaking English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of construction experience preferred
  • Completed 10-hour OSHA Training Course within 6 months of employment (company sponsored).
  • Completed First Aid/CPR Training Course within 6 months of employment (company sponsored).
